Nine-week program, plus one-day silent retreat (date TBA). Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a way of mindfully working with your own stress, pain, illness, and the challenges and demands of everyday life.

Bonnie Edwards, MBSR instructor and professional counselor, will guide participants through mindfulness meditation and movement practices. Participants will receive individualized instruction, exercises to enhance awareness in everyday life, and daily assignments with mindfulness CDs and handouts.

Registration: begins after orientation session on 9/25. Minimum of 10 registrants required. Do not need to be WellWorks member.
