Stressed? Overwhelmed?  Plan to be later this quarter? Plan not to be! Join Susan Young as she shares ways to “Attend to Your Whole Self.”

Susan B. Young, Ph.D.  serves as the Training Coordinator for the OU Counseling Center, Hudson Health Center. She is a licensed staff psychologist has developed expertise in a number of areas, but specializes in feminist therapy and has been especially helpful to people with gender and sexual orientation issues, as well as people suffering from eating disorders. She has a long history, before and after earning her psychology degree, of working with people on social justice and diversity initiatives. She has served on the LGBT taskforce for four years and leads a support group for transgendered individuals called “Transitions.”

“Skills for a Queer Life” is the theme for 2007-2008 Ohio University LGBT Center Dine & Discuss series. Three times a quarter we offer a chance to enjoy a pizza lunch as we welcome a speaker to lead a discussion on LGBT topics and issues. Join us for the first Dine & Discuss of the new year!
