Ruth Colker is the Heck Faust Memorial Chair in Constitutional Law at the Michael E. Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University. She is a nationally recognized expert in constitutional law, disability discrimination, feminist theory, and gay rights.

Professor Colker will deliver a Constitution Day Lecture that presents a comparative approach to two important aspects of diversity — race and disability. In her lecture, Professor Colker will explore integration from a disability and race perspective with the goal of examining in tandem disability and race discrimination.
