The League of Women Voters of Athens County (http://www.seorf.ohiou.edu/~voters/) will be holding a tea–featuring catering from the Village Bakery–at The Plains Public Library. Entertainment will be provided by actress Kathy Devecka performing as Bertha Eichenbaum Levion, a real-life Ohio women’s rights activist in the last century. Devecka has done extensive research on the life of Eichenbaum Levion, and the program promises to be both educational and entertaining. For further information, call 740-597-1391.
